Nicolas Mankowski NM

Nicolas Mankowski

Founder & Managing Director

Nicolas Mankowski has spent more than 17 years developing hospitality assets, destinations and guest experiences across hotels, resorts, event venues and mixed-use projects.

His work combines concept development, design, operations and commercial strategy, with hands-on involvement from early planning through opening and operation.

Over the course of his career, he has led projects representing more than PLN 290 million in development, construction and project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and complex execution environments.

His approach is built on a simple conviction: successful hospitality assets are created when guest experience, operations and commercial performance are aligned from the beginning.
