Transform underutilised public spaces into vibrant urban parks capable of supporting tourism, community life and year-round destination activity.

Create a coherent connection between the historic town centre and two major public parks while improving accessibility, circulation, commercial opportunities and visitor experience.

Mission

Design and deliver a comprehensive public realm strategy integrating landscape architecture, circulation planning, commercial activation and event infrastructure.

Coordinate every stage of the project, from concept development and technical studies to construction supervision and final delivery.

Result

A revitalised network of public spaces connecting the town centre with two major urban parks.

Today, these parks serve as key gathering places for residents and visitors, supporting tourism, recreation, cultural events and local commerce throughout the year.

Our Role

Designing places people want

Developed the masterplan for two major urban parks.

Created strong visual connections and perspectives linking the parks to the historic town centre.

Designed pedestrian circulation, access routes, stairways and vehicle integration.

Planned gathering areas, viewpoints and relaxation zones.

Coordinated landscape architecture, planting strategies and species selection.

Integrated fountains, gazebos, spa structures and small architectural elements.

Created opportunities for restaurants, kiosks and seasonal commercial activities.

Designed flexible spaces capable of hosting events, attractions and community gatherings.

Developed public lighting and atmosphere strategies.

Conducted soil studies, climate analysis and material durability assessments.

Coordinated consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.

Managed implementation, construction follow-up and project delivery through completion.
