Challenge

Transform a 12-storey 1960s sanatorium into a contemporary hospitality destination capable of competing with Poland's leading resort hotels.

The challenge required a complete rethinking of the guest experience, commercial offering, operational structure and physical environment.

Interior design in collaboration with Image de Marc.

Lead the transformation from concept development through operational readiness.

Align design, guest experience, commercial strategy, procurement, operational planning and service standards into a single coherent hospitality product.

Result

Awarded Best Rated Hotel in Poland 2026, Pieniny Grand Hotel 4★ became a recognised destination for wellness, leisure and hospitality.

The project successfully repositioned a former medical facility into a modern resort experience combining guest satisfaction, operational efficiency and commercial performance.
